Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Certificate
This certificate program is designed to provide the interpersonal skills and knowledge needed to develop competency and credibility in your chosen career or to improve daily life through improved confidence and preparation for dealing with conflict.
Each 15 hour class is $450.00 plus taxes.  Course materials are prepared by the program and provided at the start of each class.

Certificate Program Objectives
The purpose of this program is to inform, educate, and promote the public and professionals on the application and scope conflict resolution processes for the effective resolution of disputes. Classes, assessments and practicum are recognized as continuing mediator education by the Kansas Supreme Court Office of Judicial Administration. Therefore, resulting knowledge and skills can be adapted for specific applications and can be utilized anywhere in the State of Kansas.

Additional Information
To receive an Interpersonal Conflict Resolution Certificate, participants must complete 210 hours of course work. This is made up of 150 hours of required courses and 60hours of electives. Participants not interested in pursuing the certificate may take individual courses. Those interested in pursuing the certificate will need to complete a final skills assessment which may include a practicum. Courses are offered regularly, both in-person and online. Participants can complete this program at their own pace, however, it is recommended that the program be completed within two years of the first course.
